SECTIONS OVERVIEW

Skincare: By understanding how to take care of your skin and properly prep it for makeup application, you will be able to have an easier time applying makeup from the very start. The first step towards creating a personal skincare regiment is knowing your skin type. In this section, we will go over the 4 basic skin types and their characteristics so that you can identify which one you most closely relate with.

Brushes & Applicators: Brushes and applicators are the tools we use to create more flawless looks. Being able to understand why you are using a certain brush and how to use it correctly, will set you up for success when applying your makeup. BUT being able to use these tools is only half the battle! You will also learn how to care and maintain your brushes and applicators so that you can expand the lifetime of your tools.

Makeup Application: There are a few schools of thought about what order makeup should be applied. In this section, you will learn one of the ways to build a makeup look from skin to lashes and some helpful tips for creating more pigmented and long-lasting looks. You will also receive a basic makeup kit product list as well as suggestions for your performer makeup kit.
